Concrete factory

We do not want to give one star, poor services we have ever received. The receptionist lady (do not want to take her name) was so sweet, ooopppps it means was so rude and cunning. We ordered concrete for a required but the truck was late for more than one hour. We called in the office, they were making excuses. We rang them again, the lady did not answer the call. I called them from a different number and she answered in a jiffy. I would like to ask them whether we should ask for a refund now for delay as they mention in their invoices - if wait time is exceeding then they will start charging 1.5AUD for one minute. POOR SERVICES EVER. WE WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN.

Received outstanding service and quality. The concrete was extremely good quality and i would recommend every one to use this company for any kind of concrete mix. I would like to thank specially sharon for organizing and delivering the mix timely and efficiently .

Ordered 1m3 for a job that required .9m3 concrete ran out 2/3rds into the job. The receptionist did not want to listen just that she'd been in the industry for 20plus years bla bla...career change required judging by her tone...Ruined job thanks for nothing!My first negative review...I'm not in the business of complaining about spilt milk BTW just when I don't get what I paid for!Jaxon/Jackson the delivery guys was very helpful.

Prompt friendly service with the truck showing up a few minutes early. Friendly helpful driver with a good easy to work with concrete mix for our deck footings. Order size 1.2cubic mtrs, much more cost effective than mixing yourself!

Slow your concrete trucks down on residential streets before you kill someone.

Used them multiple times. Always on time, quantities consistent and accurate.The operators are good and give plenty time to complete job.Will continue to use as needed.
